Play as man, play as Kong
I'm filled with filth and foul disease, thanks in part to Tom and no doubt Kotlarek's joint antics, as well as late nights and walking around on my balcony in December in flip-flops because it was "convient." I missed getting to Ken's for his birthday party last night, but seeing as how I passed out at 9:30 last night and didn't wake up til 9:00 this morning, methinks it a better idea to have stayed home.
In Jersey however, I am devoid of joymaking opportunities posed by the array of gadgets in my apartment in Philly, though it has given me a chance to just put pencil to paper and work more on the proof of concept I started at the diner a few nights ago. Pictures when scanner arrives on Festivus. There's something pure and spiritual in drawing. Ok, not really, I wasn't buying that either. Mainly it's an amusing diversion, and there are times when I look back and wonder if my choice in hobbies is the only one that lets me legitimately (and sanely) wonder if teh b00b Ez are too big or if I should redraw them bigger.
The other way I've been passing my time has been reading the Oblivion forums while I wait for that game to come out. I'm not really quite sure why. The forums rarely have anything new or interesting for me to chew and the forum-dwellers there aren't quite the sharpest knives in the drawer. I don't understand their desire to prove how cool they are by telling everyone on the forums about their level 80 Vampire Elf Wizard Thief. Some wonderous quotes to bring you all the joy I feel right now... well the joy I would feel, were I capable of smelling anything, hearing anything, or being able to breathe without sneezing, coughing and pooping at the same time. At any rate, some funny for you, courtesy of those people who inhabit the OBlivion forums that are too reprehensible for actual social interaction:
"Personally I always make assassin type characters I study ninjitsu and like the stealth aspect of any game I dislike the need to bash your enemy endlessly in the prior game and longed for the combat system used in oblivion my character is needless to say more of a ninja class that I make my self..."
"I like the idea of the dark brotherhood and also needles to say ill be playing to join the dark brotherhood in oblivion they are in fact like ninjas were back in the day thieves, assassins and spies what you ask has all this to do with this post well ill answer with a quote from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean curse of the black pearl
'Like the cursed captain of the black pearl captain barbosa says people are much easier to search when they are DEAD':ninja:"
EH, that's all I can really find right now... meh.
As for me, I'm still feeling all fevery, so I do believe I'll be throwing up lunch now, followed by some hardcore napping, which shalll proceed dinner, throwing up dinner, and then some more napping.
